5r555 Responsible Gaming — Your Safety is Our Priority

5r555 believes that entertainment is only truly enjoyable when it is experienced responsibly. Play safely using our self-exclusion, deposit limit and time-out tools.

What is Responsible Gaming and Why Does It Matter?

Responsible gaming means enjoying betting or casino games in a way that does not negatively affect your life, relationships or finances. 5r555 is committed to creating a safe and trustworthy environment for players in Bangladesh.

Online betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. Every player should only spend what they can afford to lose. At 5r555 we give you the ability to set those limits yourself.

Please remember: gambling can be addictive. If you feel you are losing control over your play, contact our 24/7 live chat support right away. Our trained team is always ready to assist you in Bengali.

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

Betting should be enjoyable. If any of the signs below apply to you, it may be an indication of problem gambling. Assess yourself honestly.

If you notice these signs, do not delay in seeking help — asking for help is a sign of strength.

  • You are placing larger bets to try to win back money you have lost — this is known as "chasing losses" and is an addictive behaviour.
  • You are spending beyond your set betting budget, borrowing money or using family savings.
  • You have tried to stop betting but keep failing and feel restless or irritable as a result.
  • You are hiding your betting from family and friends or lying about it, or they have expressed concern about how much you play.
  • You are spending long hours betting or gaming while neglecting work, studies or family responsibilities.
  • You are using betting as a way to relieve anxiety, stress or emotional distress.

Self-exclusion is a voluntary option to completely block your account for a set period. At 5r555 you can self-exclude for 6 months, 1 year or permanently. During this period no betting or login will be possible. Your account cannot be reactivated before the chosen period ends.

A time-out is a short break lasting from 24 hours up to 30 days. Once the period ends, your account is reactivated automatically. Self-exclusion is longer-term — at least 6 months or permanent — and cannot be reversed before the period expires. A time-out suits a moderate break, while self-exclusion is appropriate for more serious concerns.
